Dorel Home markets a wide assortment of both domestically produced and imported furniture products, principally within North America. Dorel Industries Inc. has annual sales of US$1.4 billion and employs approximately 3,900 people in facilities located in twenty-two countries worldwide.
The Company operates two distinct business segments. Each consists of several operating divisions or subsidiaries.

Dorel's initial public offering was in July 1987 ($5.00 per share - pre 2-1 stock split).
